The couple came to us with the idea of renovating the social area of the apartment. With the integration of the balcony into the living room, which was already done during the acquisition of the property, it created three distinct and fully integrated environments.
We revitalized the 1.0 x1.0m white marble floor with polishing. The TV room, the cabinets, previously in matte black lacquer, were painted with gloss white lacquer, bringing more light to the environment. On the wall behind the sofa we used porcelain tile Patch Twenty De Luxe Nude, 18.5 cm x 18.5 cm - Decortiles creating a wall decorated in high relief. The black suede retractable sofa provides greater comfort and allows the use of cushions in different textures and colors. The B&W rug in Chevron print completes this relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
We used Tiffany blue lacquer on two pieces of furniture: the furniture supporting the sofa and the round table, along with an Egg chair with footrest and a crystal chandelier, creating the home-office space. A large Vietnamese vase with greenery stands out next to the white wooden shutter on the window. Two yellow suede stools complement the bar and wine cellar with a light rail, focusing on the details.
In the dining room, we covered the entire wall and doors that give access to the apartment and the kitchen with demolition wood (the latter we built into the panel) and used vertical stainless steel handles. We added a black granite oval Sarine table and Sarine chairs that make up the dining environment. Pendant Spider with dimmed LED retro lamps providing a sophisticated environment with different scenes with each use.
