A couple who love to welcome their children, grandchildren and friends for socializing and get-togethers. The idea was to make the balcony an extension of the rooms with total integration of the environments. 

The apartment located on the thirteenth floor offers a beautiful view of the city of Belo Horizonte. Valuing the landscape within the spaces, we removed the door that separated the dining room from the balcony.

For finishes, we used tiles from Azulejaria Brasil, giving a touch of relaxation and joy to the environment, with reclaimed wood furniture. We also created a grafito texture on the tiles on the wall, under the wet countertop. The lighting was modified, enhancing every detail of the environment.

A large reclaimed wood vase with bushes and specific lighting provided beauty and wonderful aromas to the senses. We also added a solar filter screen, to slightly inhibit the sun that shines intensely at certain times of the day. 

The apartment has 4 rooms, including the balcony, allowing the perfect integration of all environments.
